1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any SaaS product or service ("Service") provided by Entrelynx Associates Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service
We provide cloud-based software solutions, including project management, CRM, and financial tools. Features and pricing are subject to change.

3. User Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. User Conduct and Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable Nigerian laws or regulations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

5. Fees, Payment, and Refunds
Fees for paid subscriptions are as stated on our website. Payments are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in our separate Refund Policy. We may change fees with prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Service and its software are and will remain the exclusive property of Entrelynx Associates Limited. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service as provided.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Service "As Is": The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, Entrelynx Associates Limited, its directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total cumulative liability shall in no event exceed the fees you have paid to us in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Entrelynx Associates Limited from any claim or demand arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Service.

9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [State where your company is registered, e.g., Abuja FCT].
