Due to the digital, non-tangible nature of our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products, all sales are generally final and non-refundable. By subscribing to our service, you acknowledge that you are purchasing access to a cloud-based platform and not a physical good.
2. Subscription Fees
Subscription fees, whether monthly or annual, are charged in advance and are non-refundable. There are no refunds or credits for partial months of service, downgrades, or unused time if you cancel your subscription during a billing period. Your access will continue until the end of the paid billing cycle.

At our sole and absolute discretion, we may consider a refund request only under the following exceptional circumstance:

Technical Failure: A critical, reproducible fault in our Service that prevents core functionality, which our technical team cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe from the time you report it.
