How to Request Deletion of Your Personal Data
In compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data held by Entrelynx Associates Limited.
1. How to Submit a Request
To exercise your right to erasure, please submit a verifiable request by:

In-App: Using the "Request Account Deletion" function within your user profile settings (if available).
2. Information Required in Your Request
To process your request securely and prevent unauthorized deletion, your request must include:

Your full name.

The email address linked to your Entrelynx account(s).

A clear statement that you wish to request the erasure of your personal data (e.g., "I hereby request the deletion of my personal data and account.").

Identification may be required to verify you are the account holder.
3. What Happens After Your Request

Verification: We will acknowledge your request and verify your identity.

Processing: Upon successful verification, we will initiate the process to delete your personal data from our primary production systems. This action is irreversible and will lead to the permanent loss of your account and all associated data.

Exceptions: Please note that we may be required to retain certain information for a legally mandated period for purposes such as financial record-keeping, fraud prevention, or to comply with a lawful order from a Nigerian court or regulatory body. Any retained data will be held securely and not used for active processing.

Timeline: We will complete the erasure process within 30 days of verifying your request, as stipulated by the NDPA.
